Who’s behind this
Alexander Schwärzler · Founder and Managing Director of Adam Automations, Hard, Austria
I don’t build automation on a drawing board – I build it for my own business. As co-owner of a water sports and hospitality operation on Lake Constance, I know the seasonal trade first-hand. Every system runs there first – Isa as much as the phone assistant – and only then at customers.
Before that: 8 years of project management and international procurement. I speak the language of businesses, not IT departments.

Is Isa a person?
No. Isa is an AI that we set up and look after for your business. We stand behind her: questions and requests come straight to us, not to a hotline.
Do I have to approve every post myself?
Yes, on purpose. The proposal arrives ready on your phone, approving takes a few seconds. Someone on your team can approve as well.
Where do the photos come from?
From your business. Your team sends photos and videos to a chat group or drops them into a folder. Around 80 photos are ideal to start – the more, the more variety.
Does Isa create images?
No. Photos and videos are always real. Isa writes the caption and designs a banner for promotions.
How often does it post?
As often as suits you. Typical is two to three feed posts a week with stories in between. On rest days or in bad weather Isa adjusts the plan.
Do I need a particular Instagram account?
A business or creator account. Switching is free and takes two minutes – we help with it.
What does it cost?
€490 one-off for setup, then €89 per month. Paid advertising is not included.
